Pal is a dedicated and compassionate provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience within the mental health field. Pal has experience working in various community-based capacities, foster care, crisis intervention, school based social work, and managed care organizations. His passion lies in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges and find resilience within.
Pal's therapeutic approach is holistic, person-centered, and focuses on the various environmental, social, and societal stressors that may influence thoughts and behaviors. Therapy with Pal is goal directed and strengths based. Utilized interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
As a professional therapist, his role is to align with and help guide you along the journey to self-healing. Pal is culturally sensitive and adept in creating a safe, inclusive, and progressive environment. Pal is sensitive to the varying needs and temperaments of each individual and empowers clients to be the catalyst for the change they desire.
