Jasmine Lackey, MSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Psychotherapist
My name is Jasmine Lackey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I know making the decision to go to therapy is extremely difficult, but I am excited to work with you! While I specialize in anxiety and overthinking, perfectionism, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues and relationship issues, my goal is to support my client’s in their healing journey to become the best versions of themselves. I aim to provide a warm, non judgmental, safe space for clients while also gently challenging them to confront unhealthy behaviors and/or thinking patterns to improve their relationships with others and themselves along with increasing self-confidence.
I enjoy working with diverse populations supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe it is important to tailor each therapeutic approach to the client. I enjoy utilizing a trauma informed approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, polyvagal informed practices, acceptance and commitment therapy individually or in combination with one another. When clients come to me I want to meet them where they are and collaboratively create a plan to get them to where they want to be. Overall, my goal is to build a trusting relationship, improve daily functioning and work with you to achieve your goals.
