Eloise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from England. Eloise has previously worked at domestic violence shelters, advocated for survivors of violence in court and as an inpatient mental health therapist. Eloise is passionate about empowering people to help in processing their trauma.

Eloise’s approach is to create a safe, productive space where clients are able to feel empowered. She also ensures that there is no judgement and there is support and accountability. Eloise utilizes CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT practice skills and motivational interviewing to create a trauma informed space.
